Posting that keeps up without losing the plot

Daily content, planned a week ahead, approved by you, and measured on whether it brought anybody through the door.

Social media management is sold either as a cheap posting service that fills your grid with stock images, or as an expensive retainer with a strategy deck and not much else. The useful version is in between: a plan, consistent output, and someone paying attention to what worked.

We plan a month, draft a week ahead, and put the queue in front of you to approve. Reporting says which posts brought people to the site or the booking page, not which got the most likes: the two are frequently different posts.

Channels are chosen on where your customers are. For most South African local businesses that's Instagram and Facebook, sometimes TikTok, rarely LinkedIn. We would rather run two properly than five badly.

What is included

Strategy

What you post about, who it's for, and why anybody should care. Revisited quarterly rather than written once.

Paid amplification

Putting budget behind what's already working, on Marketing and Everything.

Reach and engagement, and more usefully the traffic and enquiries that came from it.

Common questions

How many posts a month?

Marketing is daily across two channels. Everything is daily across four with 16 reels a month. More matters less than consistent, but consistency has a floor.

Do you reply to comments?

Yes, in your tone, and anything that looks like a complaint or a real sales enquiry comes to you rather than getting a stock reply.

Can I still post myself?

Of course, it's your account. Tell us when you do so the schedule doesn't collide.

What about TikTok?

Worth it if your customers are there and you can supply footage. It's the most demanding channel for raw material, and a TikTok presence fed on stock video does nothing.
