Every business has a list of small marketing jobs that only work if they happen every time. Ask a happy customer for a Google review and a fair share will leave one. Ask inconsistently and you get almost none, because the ones you remember to ask are the ones who were already going to tell people.
We wire those jobs up so they run on their own. A message after a visit. A follow-up on an enquiry that went quiet. A monthly report that arrives without anyone building it. None of it is complicated. It just runs whether or not anyone remembers.
We used to offer bookkeeping and accounting. We stopped, because this is a better use of the same instinct: taking the repetitive work off somebody's desk.
What you get
What we automate
Google review requests
Sent after a visit or a purchase, at a time that gets answered. Reviews carry real weight in local search, and most businesses ask too few customers for them.
Lead follow-up
An enquiry that hasn't had a reply in 24 hours chases itself, and tells you. Most lost leads are not lost to a competitor, they're lost to nobody replying.
Reporting
Your numbers assembled and delivered without anyone building a deck. It lands in Byter Lab and in your inbox.
Booking and no-show messages
Confirmations and reminders that cut no-shows, in whichever channel your customers actually read.
Lead routing
Enquiries from the site, from Meta and from WhatsApp landing in one place, tagged with where they came from, instead of three inboxes.
Content scheduling
Approved posts going out on time across every channel, including the one everybody forgets.

Questions
Common questions
Does this need me to change systems?
Usually not. Most of it hangs off what you already use: your inbox, WhatsApp, your booking system, your Google Business Profile. Where something genuinely won't connect, we'll tell you before you buy rather than after.
Is automated review-chasing allowed?
Asking every customer for a review is within Google's guidelines. Offering an incentive for a positive one is not, and we won't build it. Under POPIA you also need a lawful basis for messaging customers, which normally means it's part of your terms: worth checking with whoever handles your compliance.
What happens when something breaks?
Automations break quietly, which is the danger: a review flow that stopped in March is invisible until you notice the reviews dried up. We monitor them and they're checked as part of the monthly report.
