There are two kinds of AI marketing on offer in South Africa right now. One is software: you buy a tool, you learn it, and six weeks later nobody has opened it. The other is an agency quietly using AI to do the same work faster and charging you the same as before. Neither is much use.
We do a third thing. We build the system: the content engine, the automations, the reporting. Then we run it for you, with a marketer deciding what goes out. The AI handles volume. The judgement stays with a person, because judgement is the part that actually costs you money when it's wrong.
That split is why we can start at R2,750 a month where most agencies here start around R12,000. Strategy time is unchanged. The hours go out of the work that never needed a person in the first place.
What you get
What an AI marketing system looks like
A content engine, not a content calendar
Posts, captions and articles drafted from your own material and your own tone, then approved by someone before anything goes out. You see the queue a week ahead.
Search that includes AI answers
People ask ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews the questions they used to type into search. We structure your site so an AI can quote it, rather than only crawl it.
Ads managed against leads
Meta and Google campaigns judged on enquiries and bookings, not impressions. If a campaign isn't producing, we say so and turn it off.
Automations that remove admin
Review requests after a visit, replies to common questions, follow-up on an enquiry nobody got to. Small things that quietly cost you customers.
Reporting you can actually read
One dashboard in Byter Lab showing what came in and where from. No 40-page PDF nobody opens.
A marketer who knows your business
Someone who has run campaigns before, who you can phone. The AI does not talk to you.
How it runs
How we work
We look at what you have
Your site, your Google Business Profile, your socials, and whatever you're currently paying for. Usually something is broken or unused, and that is the cheapest thing to fix.
We build the system
Two to three weeks. Content engine trained on your material, automations wired in, tracking set up so we can tell what's working.
We run it and report
Monthly or fortnightly depending on the package. You approve what goes out. We tell you what came in.
Pricing
What this costs
This service is part of every package. Prices are on the site, not behind a call.

Questions
Common questions
Is this just ChatGPT with an agency markup?
What you're paying for is the setup and the running: the system trained on your business, connected to your channels, with someone checking the output before it's published. You could do it yourself with ChatGPT. Most business owners find they don't, which is the actual problem.
Will the content sound like a robot?
Only if nobody checks it. Every post is approved by a person before it goes out, and we build the tone from your existing material rather than a generic template. If something reads wrong, you reject it and we fix what's driving it.
How is this cheaper than a normal agency?
Because the volume work is automated. See the packages page for the detail; the short version is that far fewer hours go into drafting, scheduling and reporting, and the price reflects that. Strategy time is unchanged.
Do I need to be in Cape Town?
No. We're based in Cape Town and work with businesses across South Africa. Shoot days need us to travel, and that's priced separately outside the Western Cape.
What if it doesn't work?
Website is month to month, so you can stop. Marketing and Everything have a minimum term because the setup takes a few weeks and there is nothing useful to judge before that.
