Most South African SMEs end up with a social media freelancer, a web developer who has stopped answering, a Google Ads person who reports on clicks, and no single view of whether any of it produced a customer. Each is doing their job. Nobody is doing yours.
We run the whole thing as one system: content, search, advertising and the automations that connect them, reporting into one place. For most clients it works out below the same pieces bought separately, because the volume work is automated and because there's one team rather than four.
We publish our prices, which almost nobody in this market does. A website is R2,750 a month, marketing is R5,500, and everything together is R22,000. What is in each is on the pricing page.
What you get
What we run
Social media
Strategy and daily posting across the channels your customers use, approved by you before it goes out.
Search and AI answers
Ranking in Google, and getting quoted in AI Overviews and ChatGPT, which is increasingly where questions get asked.
Paid advertising
Meta and Google, judged on enquiries. Ad spend is paid to the platforms directly and is not part of our fee.
Content production
Photography and short-form video, shot on site. A shoot day every month on Everything; quoted separately on the other packages, and travel outside the Western Cape is extra.
Websites
Fast, built to convert, and maintained. From R18,500 as a one-off.
Automation and reporting
Review requests, follow-up and one dashboard showing what came in and from where.

Questions
Common questions
What does digital marketing cost in South Africa?
Published South African pricing guides in 2026 mostly put agency retainers between R12,000 and R30,000 a month once content production and paid social are included, with larger agencies well above that and freelancers starting a few thousand rand lower. Ours are R2,750 for a website, R5,500 for marketing and R22,000 for everything, excluding VAT and ad spend.
Do you work outside Cape Town?
Yes. We're in Cape Town and work with clients in Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria and smaller centres. Only shoot days need travel, and those are quoted separately outside the Western Cape.
Is there a contract?
Website is month to month. Marketing has a three-month minimum and Everything six, because the setup takes a few weeks and there is nothing useful to judge before that.
Who owns the accounts and the content?
You do, always. Your ad accounts, your Google Business Profile, your channels, and everything we produce. If we part ways you keep all of it. We've picked up too many clients whose previous agency held their assets hostage.
